Awesome lists of regional U.S. foods: Burgers, Dogs & Pizza
Burgers - digging the New Mexico version with the chopped green chilies. Love New Mexican cuisine. I’m going to have to experiment at home with some of the onion varieties, too.
Dogs - definitely have had the Upstate New York varieties, reds and whites. My jury is still out on these.
Pizzas - New Haven is the gospel, of course.
